Last year, we had a smashing good time bonding with our lovely readers at Changi City Point’s interactive Cocktail Class and Spanish Food Workshop. It was so much fun meeting all of you like-minded people who love food and drinks, and we’ve decided to do it again this year!

If you didn’t join us last year, here’s another opportunity. We are thrilled to announce that we are partnering Macallan Whisky and Five Izakaya Bar to conduct an engaging liquor pairing workshop. The Michelin Guide Singapore has just released its Bib Gourmand Awards 2016. Singapore’s rich cultural diversity and local gastronomy has thus been further affirmed, much to the delight of many gourmets and food lovers alike.

14 restaurants, 17 hawkers and 3 street food establishments have made it to the list. Criteria for the award? The establishment must offer quality and value-for-money meals under S$45.

Local delights that made it to the list include the much loved Hainanese chicken rice, prawn noodles, bak kut teh and also the unpretentious curry puff.
