The Daily Roundup at The Working Capitol – one of the hottest co-working spaces in Singapore - serves a simple purpose of offering fresh food and coffee. The Butchers Club Burger – widely known as the best burger joint in Hong Kong – is opening its first restaurant in Singapore at Clarke Quay on 2 October 2015.

Not only is this takeaway-only halal bakery a winner among the Muslim crowd, the humble confectionary has also attracted patrons far and wide with their supposedly to-die-for cupcakes. Our verdict? After sinking our teeth into the fluffy and moist cupcakes while scrambling to lick off its icing sugar – we were sold.

The Japanese cafe is adjacent to their current merchandise store in the mall, and we were most certainly thrilled by their arrival.

It is here – Singapore’s first DC Comics Super Heroes Cafe, and it is massive. Walking towards this huge cafe is like unveiling a pot of gold – we were amazed, not just by its gargantuan size, but by all the superhero murals and life-sized figurines.
Any fan of DC’s superheroes will be flocking here very soon and we foresee that this cafe will get even more crowded during the weekends and peak hours. The DC Cafe has a dedicated takeaway counter with a mini seating area just for cakes, snacks and drinks, and another bigger space for savoury food.
