Atrium Restaurant at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium is re-launching its buffet lineup with new signature dishes, live stations as well as halal dishes. You can look forward to a buffet spread chocked full of local delights as well as cuisines that will take you on a culinary flight across the globe.
Expect live stations preparing Singaporean fares such as Hainanese Chicken Rice, Mee Siam and Laksa, as well as Atrium Restaurant’s signature Chilli Crab. Seafood lovers can indulge in a vast array of fresh seafood on ice and even a whole baked fish complemented by 6 varieties of sambal sauce.
Atrium Restaurant has also revamped its desserts buffet to cater to all sweet tooths. There will be a Cendol live station and Durian Pengat alongside their selection of delectable cakes and kuehs! If you’re feeling nostalgic, the buffet has its own ice cream bicycle where you can get your favourite childhood ice cream with colourful bread or wafer biscuits!
