8 Best Lobster Rolls In Singapore Including Burger & Lobster, Luke’s Lobster & Chunky Lobster

Best Lobster Rolls

Fans of the classic lobster roll, today is your day.

Visualise a toasted buttered brioche that is stuffed to the brim with succulent chunks of lobster meat and doused in a copious amount of mayonnaise or melted butter. Sounds incredible, doesn’t it?

While Singapore is home to a plethora of amazing food, the lobster roll scene could be better. More commonly found in our western counterparts such as New York City and London, places that serve up a solid lobster roll are hard to come by on our sunny little island.

If you are a fan of this luxurious snack (yes, snack, because nobody gets full from just one roll), you’d be glad to know that slowly but surely, there are more places in Singapore that sell lobster rolls. We’ve rounded up some of our favourites in this post.

For those of you who haven’t tried Luke’s Lobster before, they are best known for their lobster rolls, crab rolls and shrimp rolls. The Lobster Roll is made of claw and knuckle meat and comes slathered with lemon butter and a light mayo dressing which does not overwhelm the taste of the sweet lobster flesh.
