Luke’s Lobster is finally opening in Singapore at Shaw House next month. Luke’s Lobster Singapore is brought in by lifestyle company Caerus Holding, the regional partner of Lady M ad they are the ones who brought New York’s famous cake boutique, Lady M to Singapore.

They have outlets spread across the United States and Japan with even a food truck in Okinawa. Now, they are bringing the best of the Maine Coast over to Singapore with their fresh Maine lobster, crab and shrimp rolls so don’t miss out.

Luke’s Lobster Singapore will be opening at Shaw House on the week of 21 Sep 2020.

It will open here next month once it gets the approval to start renovations. Prices are not fixed yet, but Caerus Holding says they will remain “affordable for the quality”.

Luke’s Lobster Singapore will seat about 30 diners, with numbers reduced to 15 to 20 seats because of safe distancing measures during Covid-19.

For those of you who haven’t tried Luke’s Lobster before, they are best known for their lobster rolls, crab rolls and shrimp rolls.

The Lobster Roll is made of claw and knuckle meat and comes slathered with lemon butter and a light mayo dressing which does not overwhelm the taste of the sweet lobster flesh.

Their Crab Roll is as gratifying and stuffed so full with chunks of crab meat that they almost spill out from between the buns. Wash everything down with a Maine Root Soda and chips for a complete meal.

We are set and ready to rush down for Luke’s Lobster Singapore’s opening at Shaw House. What about you?
