We went on a food trail some weeks back to curate today’s post, and we are so stoked to be sharing with you some of the festive highlights that you can find at RWS this Christmas. FOREST
Forest is a place that we save for a date when we want modern Chinese cuisine served in a classy and elegant restaurant. On Christmas Day, Chef Sam Leong is going all out with a special 8-course lunch that comes with 13 tasting portions. Some of the dishes that you can look forward to are Braised Rice Vermicelli with Pork Belly and Deep-fried Lychee Stuffed with Crab Meat.
Throughout the month of December, Chef Sam Leong has prepared three different festive dinner menus that feature Braised Six-head Australian Abalone and Sea Whelk Soup made with double-boiled quail.

Awestruck. That was the only word that could describe our feelings when we were at Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora. The marine world is one so fascinating and it feels surreal to be dining at this stunning restaurant that is within the S.E.A Aquarium.

Hi Brad, Ocean restaurant by Cat cora will be first choice out of the 7 fabulous restaurants! I am pisces, natually, naturally, i deeply in love the bluebsea, fishes, sea animals, seeing them swimming around soothe my nerves. The year is coming to the end, it has been a more downs than ups year, i wish to bring along my boyfriend, teo tian soon who has been there for me, comforting me just like how the fishes do. I have ever entered cat cora to buy a coke, and were amazed by how magnificent views seen by all corners of the restaurant , i think no place can ever beat this view! Where can we see fishes swimming in a big blue aquarium, we only see before fishes swimming in small tanks like those in seafood restaurants. With great view, great ambience along with delicious prepared food, i believe i will be able to enjoy this moment with my boyfriend, happy memories can be made simply yet so blissful and luxary! I can’t wait for this christmas! It is a joy to share my happiness with Cat Cora, no other way of sharing joy with the chefs who cook good food, waitress and waiters serving them and enjoying the christmas meals with love ones! I would love to dine at Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora. Being a ocean lover, I love to hang out with fishes and sea creatures. I am always the first to raise up my hands to volunteer to go snorkeling/diving!:P Swimming with all the fishes beside me is definitely one of the best feeling ever. Therefore, how could i not choose to dine with them. This is probably going to be the best X’mas gift ever if i won it. I could even bring my boyfriend there to celebrate our 2nd Year Anniversary which falls on the 23 of December.
