We went on a food trail some weeks back to curate today’s post, and we are so stoked to be sharing with you some of the festive highlights that you can find at RWS this Christmas. FOREST
Forest is a place that we save for a date when we want modern Chinese cuisine served in a classy and elegant restaurant. On Christmas Day, Chef Sam Leong is going all out with a special 8-course lunch that comes with 13 tasting portions. Some of the dishes that you can look forward to are Braised Rice Vermicelli with Pork Belly and Deep-fried Lychee Stuffed with Crab Meat.
Throughout the month of December, Chef Sam Leong has prepared three different festive dinner menus that feature Braised Six-head Australian Abalone and Sea Whelk Soup made with double-boiled quail.

Awestruck. That was the only word that could describe our feelings when we were at Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora. The marine world is one so fascinating and it feels surreal to be dining at this stunning restaurant that is within the S.E.A Aquarium.

The restaurant I would like to dine in is, ocean restaurant by cat Cora! The reason I why I want to dine in that restaurant is because my girlfriend is coming back from London for her study break on 19december, both of us love the ocean and in the past we went to SEA aquarium we walked pass the entrance we were amazed that WOW there was a restaurant here! But when we saw the price both of us shocked haha! As at that point of time we were just polytechnic students and she told me to save the money don’t have to spend so much on a meal as long as I spend time with her she will be happy already! The amazing food by Cat Cora combined with the ambience of the SEA Aquarium are a recipe to a magical experience. We have been to the SEA Aquarium before and we always spend most of our stay in front of the main Aquarium, captured by the spell of the movement of the fish, the sting rays, combined with the Harry Potter like music (which they used to play in the first year of its opening).
