Crabs will always be a great start to any seafood feast. Although it may require some time and effort to de-shell the seafood, the intense flavours will be worth all the effort.
The steamed crab set on ice is an evergreen way to enjoy fresh crabs. We’d like to think of it as freshness shining through its naked glory.
The Steamed Lobster in Hua Tiao Sauce is to die for. Prepared à la minute, Executive Chef Ken chose the Atlantic Lobster because of its incomparable juiciness and sweetness. The simple garlic and Hua Tiao sauce combination with parsley embellishments did the dish justice by accentuating the freshness of the lobster meat.
This is a bonus on top of the buffet line, and every diner is entitled to one serving of half a lobster.
Other amazing seafood available in the line-up includes mussels, prawns and freshly shucked oysters. When dining, why not drizzle some lemon over your seafood! Not only do the flavours complement each other, the crisp and clean flavours of the lemon will allow the seafood to shine.
Next up is the Grilled Tiger Prawns on Skewers served with fresh thyme garnishings. You can expect a dish of large and juicy tiger prawns with just the right amount of seasoning.

Chef Ken never disappoints; his wealth of experience in preparing Western meats is one that we always look up to him for.
One of our favourites of the Surf ‘N Turf steak selection is the Wagyu MBS3/4 D-Rump; the meat was incredibly soft and tender. Just imagine biting into this juicy piece of meat which has a melt-in-the-mouth texture. We could find no wrong with the roast, and only had praises to sing of its flavours and taste.
Another signature to look out for in the Surf ‘N Turf’s steak selection is the Duroc Spanish Pork Collar. The Duroc Spanish Pork Collar was wonderfully marbled and roasted to perfection. When cut open, the crispy skin of the pork collar revealed plump and juicy meat that left us standing in awe.
