Filled with overnight marinated juicypork belly, imported luxurious French morel mushroom and dried scallops – the glorious rice dumpling has been painstakingly poached for over six hours to deliver its umami goodness.

The new Black Truffle with Cordyceps Flower & Pork Belly Rice Dumpling is our favourite among all four. These fusion rice dumplings have successfully combined both both western and oriental elements – delicate pork belly, exotic black truffle and herbal cordyceps flower have been incorporated to create this stellar masterpiece. It is larger than usual, but we promise it is so good that you would finish one on your own.
