Our invited guests will get to sample a variety of tantalising Spanish dishes at RessRoom, and also watch/partake in a live demo on how to prepare the classic Mixed Fruit Sangria. This event is completely free of charge and we are looking forward to meeting you lovely people!

SPANISH GOURMET TASTING + SANGRIA DEMO
At this tasting event, you will meet other like-minded readers who share the same passion for food and/or travel. It will be a fun-filled afternoon where we can discuss about our common interests over mouthwatering Spanish delicacies. Savour RessRoom’s new Spanish menu firsthand, and that includes a delectable selection of dishes such as Seafood Paella and Gazpacho Soup.
There will also be a live demonstration on how to prepare the traditional Spanish Mixed Fruit Sangria. Five lucky participants will get hands-on opportunity and to pick up some techniques from RessRoom’s bartender. Of course, all our invited guests will also get to drink this thirst-quenching alcoholic beverage concoction. We are excited and hope you are too!

The first time I tried Spanish foods was when I studied in the UK few years ago but I hardly have it in Singapore so far. Spanish cuisine gives me the feeling of the freedom, simplicity but luxury : fresh seafoods, foods are served in different small tapas in a candles lighted restaurant, and of course, wine with fruits. It will be nice if I can join this workshop to know more about the Spanish cuisine.

Spanish food is something that is a fusion of different cuisines. All the way from being a territory in the Roman empire till the Muslims conqured Spain till the modern Spain right now.
