Deep Fried Yam Paste is a common dim sum and you can find it anywhere in town. But a Deep Fried Yam Paste with Black Truffles (S$5.50/pc)? Wan Hao’s rendition will take delicious to a next level. Even the usual Siew Mai is elevated with the addition of a whole steamed abalone (S$7.80/pc) – now, we are salivating already. Are you too?

The Deep-fried Crispy Bun with Chilli Crab Fillings (S$5.00/pc) is Chef Loh’s tribute to Singapore’s national dish – Chilli Crab. Instead of deep-fried man tou, it comes in the form of a crispy bun fried to a beautiful shade of gold and with the most tantalising chilli crab filling.
