Back in the 90′s when we were growing up, cafes were a luxury and if we could have a croissant or a danish, we would be happy for the entire week. There were not many options then, and we say with certainty that most of us grew up with Délifrance.

In our memories, the French-style cafe was the closest we could get to Paris, and the baguettes and croissants were favourites that filled our hearts with glee. There are restaurants that we return to because we love the ambiance, there are those that we return to because the prices are friendly, then there are also those that hold a special place in our hearts simply because the team of chefs and waitstaff are like friends to us.

Cook & Brew at The Westin Singapore is one of those places, and it is not your typical restaurant.
