Of course, we all begin our crab feast with the classic salted egg yolk flavour. Be prepared to lick off the generous rich salted egg yolk sauce off your fingers when you are indulging in this dish.
CRAB BEE HOON
We admit that when it comes to presentation, the Crab Bee Hoon is overshadowed by all the other gorgeous crab dishes that are plated so beautifully. Yet, it is one of our favourites and you would be sorry to miss this out.
We love how the vermicelli was moist and aromatic and topped off with flavourful and juicy crabs. One should never judge a book by its cover indeed.
STIR-FRIED CRAB WITH ASIAN SPICES
This classic Chinese favourite at Spice Brasserie will delight you with flavours from stir-frying crispy dried shrimps, garlic, ginger and chilli together with fresh crabs.
