Tuesday is usually the hardest day of the week. Even though everyone always grumbles about Mondays blues, I’d think that Monday isn’t as bad as Tuesday since we are fully recharged during the weekends. But Tuesday, they are neither here nor there. It isn’t midweek yet, nor is it just-one-more-day-to-Friday, and obviously it isn’t TGIF.

Anyway, my point is: Tuesday sucks. So stop asking if everything is okay, because it is not. But my dear, I want to give you some hope. I want you to see the light at the end of the tunnel week. Desserts are pleasure guaranteed, with no further explanations needed or what so ever. We can have desserts for breakfast, like pancakes with ice cream & maple syrup, If not desserts for lunch, dinner or supper, or all three combined. But you know what I really like? I think desserts, are meant for afternoon high tea.
