I have been having shoulder and neck problems for a few years, but I did not seek help as I brushed it off, thinking it was just a trivial issue. Earlier in February this year, I started going to Orchard Health Clinic to consult Dr Martin John. Dr Martin specialises in osteopathy and uses techniques such as soft tissue massage, osteopathic manipulation, joint articulation and muscle energy.
I am currently undergoing a regimed programme to treat my problems, and with his expertise, my condition is improving slowly but surely. Dedicated treatments twice a week and constant reminders from the expert on how to take care of myself, this experience has been so beneficial, and I will be documenting my journey for sharing purposes as I continue to get my condition treated.
I truly believe that Dr Martin is the person to go to if you have any neck, back or joints problems. Orchard Health Clinic is located at #07-22 Park Mall, and you can email them at firstname.lastname@example.org or give them a call at +65 6336 9577.
I relaunched ladyironchef’s current website design back in October last year and I am still loving the sleek and clean look. All credits have to go to the folks at PRODD – a creative digital agency specialising in any designed-related issues from branding to implementation.
Kevin and Hong Guan are very professional and efficient, and they always understand my ideas and execute them perfectly. I can always trust them to deliver, especially since I know nuts about IT-related stuff.
They have kindly agreed to extend an offer to my readers. Contact PRODD for a free design consultation session, where they can advise you on matters relating to branding and design. Call Kevin at +65 9002 3772, or drop an e-mail to email@example.com, and quote ladyironchef to claim your free consultation session.
Visiting Keukenhof – the famous tulip garden in Amsterdam – was one of those experiences that I will never forget. The best thing is now you can also witness the beautiful tulips in Singapore without flying to the Netherlands.
To celebrate 80 years in Singapore, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has partnered Gardens by The Bay to organise Tulipmania, the largest tulip-themed floral show ever to be held in Singapore. Drop by the Flower Dome from 29 April – 20 May 2013 to get a feel of the Netherlands.

Fashion lovers will be thrilled to hear that Magazine publisher Condé Nast will be opening a Vogue café, club and GQ bar in Singapore later this year. A Vogue club will also be launching in Bangkok at the same time.
The Vogue club in Singapore will be the latest addition to the terraces of the city’s soaring skyscrapers. It will be located on the top of Singapore Land Tower. I am really excited to hear about all the opening of restaurants this year. Which restaurants do you hope to see in Singapore next?
Wow. 100,000 followers on Instagram! Wow.
I started my instagram account back in Feb earlier this year, and I am loving it so far. Instagram allows me to do what I love – sharing beautiful photos and making people hungry – and it has been a great journey so far.
The growth rate of my instagram is crazy; I’m gaining around 1,000 new followers every day. The best part, of course, is getting to know friends from around the world.
I’ve previously written a guide on getting on Instagram’s popular page, if you are interested, you can read it here. And for folks who do not use instagram on phone, you can follow me at the new instagram web profile – http://www.instagram.com/ladyironchef.
If there’s one thing that can make Italy memorable besides pastas and pizzas, it must be their gelato. Gelato shops in Italy are colorful affairs. The array of tubs is filled with pastel colors, shades of browns and crèmes, and bright summer colors. Walking into them and looking at all that gelato can make you really excited – and confused too, especially with the Italian names that can be a complete mystery to some of you.
So here’s a Beginners Guide to decode gelato.
