One of the stalwarts in the buffet restaurant scene in Singapore, Oscar’s has long been known for serving food of impeccable quality and is also one of the rare few that opens 24-hours a day. Their live stations are what truly define them though. Off their noodle live station located on the terrace, we were treated to a slew of local noodle delights such as Prawn Noodle Soup and Laksa. And inside, we had a go at their Chee Cheong Fun with Shrimp Balls and Fish Roe in Curry Gravy—a serious game changer as far as chee cheong fun is concerned.
