We know that dining out during the festive period can be an expensive affair but to enjoy this delectable buffet, your wallet won’t have to take a beating. Simply quote ‘ladyironchef festive dinner buffet’ to enjoy the Festive Dinner Buffet at S$108++ for two. In other words, you only have to pay S$54++ each for an eat-all-you-want Christmas dinner!
Tropical Festive Delights begins on 20 November 2017 all the way through to 14 January 2018, so if you haven’t yet made plans this holiday season, 10 at Claymore is a good place to start.
HERB CRUSTED ORGANIC RACK OF LAMB
Encrusted with layers upon layers of herbs and coarse salt, the Herb Crusted Organic Rack of Lamb is sure to fire up your Christmas—in a good way.
The lamb meat lovers would celebrate at the sight of the Herb Crusted Organic Rack of Lamb. This aromatic treat boasts a crunchy, salty and charred exterior that is heavily accented by nuances of rosemary and other herbs.
The accompanying potato puree with chives further elevates this classy dish. Additionally, the chargrilled asparagus and tomatoes add a smoky element to the overall flavour.
Cooked in the oven to achieve that perfect pink hue in the middle, this gorgeous rack of lamb is tender beyond belief. Upon serving, it is then finished off a second time on the grill to develop a beautifully charred crust as well as to lock in those precious lamb juices.
Come 15 December 2017, the classic Christmas Roasted Turkey—with all its trimmings intact—will make its debut on the buffet table accompanied by a refreshing, zesty pineapple chutney made in-house by the resident chefs.
While most people would associate turkey with being a dry meat, we beg to differ when it comes to 10 at Claymore’s version. Adopting a simple yet precise cooking technique, it ensures that the turkey is able to remain moist all around from breast to thigh.
However, we will admit that turkey in itself is pretty flavourless (turkeys being turkeys, right?), which is why you should have it with either the giblet sauce, cranberry chutney or pineapple chutney.
Saving you the hassle—and possible embarrassment—of carving this colossal bird yourself, allow the expert chefs to do so for you over at the hot carving live station.
HONEY BAKED HAM
A massive bone-in ham is considered a traditional dish and one that is closely associated with modern Christmas, historical Yule and is a common centrepiece at many dinner tables during the holidays.
Fork tender and brimming with sweet and savoury flavours, the Honey Baked Ham is one meaty classic that will have you diving in for seconds and even thirds.
Fresh out of the oven, the stunning ham is finished off with a generous basting of honey, giving it a nice sheen and its iconic sweet taste.
FRESH SEAFOOD AND ALASKAN CRAB CLAWS ON ICE
Diners who know and love 10 at Claymore for its fresh seafood can look forward to a generous spread of shellfish and tasty crustaceans. Making an appearance as part of Christmas in the tropics is the Alaskan Crab Claw. Free-flow sweet and juicy crab? Yes, we’re in.
THEMATIC DESSERTS GALORE
No festive celebration is complete without something sweet to round off your palate. Top off your delicious meal with their myriad of Christmas sweets and desserts that come in the form of thematic cookies, log cakes and even a chocolate house so exquisite that it would be a crime to break it apart.
