HERB CRUSTED ORGANIC RACK OF LAMB
Encrusted with layers upon layers of herbs and coarse salt, the Herb Crusted Organic Rack of Lamb is sure to fire up your Christmas—in a good way.
The lamb meat lovers would celebrate at the sight of the Herb Crusted Organic Rack of Lamb. This aromatic treat boasts a crunchy, salty and charred exterior that is heavily accented by nuances of rosemary and other herbs.
The accompanying potato puree with chives further elevates this classy dish. Additionally, the chargrilled asparagus and tomatoes add a smoky element to the overall flavour.
Cooked in the oven to achieve that perfect pink hue in the middle, this gorgeous rack of lamb is tender beyond belief. Upon serving, it is then finished off a second time on the grill to develop a beautifully charred crust as well as to lock in those precious lamb juices.
