The average order by Deliveroo takes 32 minutes to be delivered. We tried ordering truffle fries and sticky date pudding from PS.Cafe and it came in an unbelievable time of 9 minutes. We also ordered from several other restaurants, and most of our orders actually came within 20-25 minutes.

SUPER EASY TO USE
Having experienced Deliveroo for ourselves – we tried ordering via mobile and on our desktop – we are sold by the seamless interface and usability.
Simply punch in your postal code, and the filter will display the restaurants within delivery range. You can further filter by the cuisines, too.
You are then three clicks away from your order – select the item(s) you want and add to cart, verify your payment details (all of which you could register in your account so that you do not have to reenter your credit card details all the time), then click to confirm your order. That’s it! Your food will be on its way to you.
If you order via mobile (which we prefer), you can even track your Rooman to see his whereabouts! There will be a map which showcases a live tracking on where your Rooman is, and how long more it takes to reach you.

The worst service I have ever received!!!
The first time I ordered there was a vege and a non-vege option for a meal. I chose vegetarian, wrote very clearly in comments that I’m a vegetarian and got prawn instead. When I called the restaurant they said that rhe order contained no comments. When I called deliveroo they just refused responsibility. Had to fight for a long time, before they agreed to redeliver.
I thought maybe it was an accidental bad experience so I ordered again. This time after 30 mins (the expected delivery time initially was 30 mins) it was still showing 27 mins to delivery. When I called them they said, they can’t find a rider, told me they’ll call me back. No one called back. When I called back again, I was really angry, because it was still showing that no one had left to even pick up the food from the restaurant. They just plainly said “do you want us to cancel your order”
I said “well, can you deliver??” “Still trying to find someone to take the delivery” … Told them they could go ahead and cancel, but this is very unacceptable service. I wrote a feedback – no one has responded to it yet – AND THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR THE FOOD THAT THEY DIDNT DELIVER!!

Their service gets worse and worse. After using them regularly over the past year I’ve just deleted the app from my phone. Not worth the hassle. They stuff up around 4 out of 5 orders these days.
