Fans of Seasonal Tastes, rejoice because there is an upcoming Seafood Indulgence buffet dinner from 19 – 28 Mar 2015! We don’t know about you, but the word ‘seafood’ alone is enough to get us all excited.
Now, listen up. In addition to the existing international buffet spread that is mouthwateringly sumptuous no less, there will a crazy lineup of the prized treasures of the ocean - Canadian oysters, warm Oysters Rockefeller with spinach, bacon and parmesan, Oysters Diane with cheese and hollandaise, lobsters, prawns, salmon sashimi, Clams Casino baked with bread crumbs, as well as a Seafood Paella.
Sounds like a seafood feast, no?
There will also be a ‘live’ shellfish station where the chefs will specially prepare mussels, clams, prawns and calamari a la minute, in any style you like – fried, steamed or sautéed!
For first-timers to Seasonal Tastes, please be sure to save some tummy space for desserts. They have a shrine of in-house daily fresh bakes that no one can resist. And for regulars, this thematic special shall entice you with another reason to return for yet another memorable dinner.
