You have no idea how excited we were to see suckling pig among the offerings. At The Brunch Beats, the chefs will prepare four suckling pigs for the champagne brunch, so you can rest assure that there will be more than enough to go around. And you can have any amount you want!
THE HEAVENLY DESSERT SHRINE
Love at first sight. Once you step into Seasonal Tastes, you will be greeted by the shrine. The Westin is known for its Heavenly Spa and Heavenly bed, but we have something else to add to the list – the Heavenly Dessert Shrine at Seasonal Tastes.
The dessert buffet is among the most impressive in town, and the pastry chefs always go all out to wow us – every single time. The options change all the time; look forward to beautiful creations like the citrus lemon cake, raisin cinnamon cheesecake, rainbow cake, the exceptional spiced carrot cake and the dazzling matcha chocolate fondue. Also, the homemade gelato is noteworthy. The dark chocolate and raspberry are excellent, but we always end off our meal with two scoops of our favourite avocado and tiramisu.

This is pretty self-explanatory. Free flow of Veuve Clicquot champagne – this is quite the paradise for champagne lovers.
A SELECTION OF COCKTAILS, BEERS, AND WINES

Mussels, scallops, prawns, lobsters, king crab legs, and freshly shucked oysters… Our hearts skipped a beat, and we could not help but gush about the glorious seafood selection at The Brunch Beats, which offers a lot more seafood than its usual lunch and dinner buffets.
SUSHI AND SASHIMI GALORE
Intricate, luxurious, satisfying, elegant… Japanese food is always a good idea. The Brunch Beats has an assortment of gunkan, nigiri and maki which will make you go crazy. But we would say go easy on the sushi and save room for the other stuff. On display here are also various kinds of salmon – smoked salmon, coffee cured salmon, and Thai style salmon.
THE MEAT STATION WITH RIBEYE, TENDERLOIN AND SAUSAGES
There is also a meat station where you can get ribeye, tenderloin and a selection of sausages cooked ala minute on the grill. Tell the chef your preference for the meat, and he will prepare it on the spot. Rejoice, all carnivores!
THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING NEW TO LOOK OUT FOR
Like what we have mentioned in our previous feature on Seasonal Tastes, the food menu at Seasonal Tastes is always rotating to keep things fresh and interesting. Some days, Thai food takes the center stage, and guests will be treated to an array of Thai dishes on the buffet line. Whenever seasons call for it, the Indian and Chinese chefs would take over and showcase the bests of their ethnic dishes.
