Nestled in the quiet outdoors on the third level, the sheer landscaping blew us away. The tall palm trees brought a sort of calmness, and the elusive little “boxes” (or relaxing corners) within the pool itself made us feel like we were on a total hideout at a private beach where there was nobody else but us.

You are just allowed to use those pools when you are a guest of the hotel, right? Or is there another possibility?
Maybe u should include hard rock hotel swimming pool at rws too
it has a pool bar with amazing music and food and of course drinks 
all bartenders there are very friendly and would even stop to ask about ur day. If ur alone , they will take the time to even talk wbout Singapore to you;) very nice place with very nice people 
I would vote for Sentosa Beach Resort for the serenity, amid lush forest and greenery!
