One of the best things that I love about the end of the year is Christmas. It is such a joyous festive season and it is about gathering with family, loved ones and friends to come together for the holiday.
It is not an easy task to choose a place for Christmas dinner, however. First, the place must have a good selection of dishes so that everyone will have something to choose from. Second, most places tend to charge a premium for their Christmas dinner menu, and it is difficult to find a place that serves good food, yet remains affordable.

We will be trying 11 festive dishes and of course, no meal at nydc is complete without having desserts. nydc is known for its desserts and iconic mudpies, and they have specially created a very pretty Tutti Frutti Mudpie for Christmas this year.

Nydc was my fav hangout place during my uni days with friends and my hubby, then boyfriend. With 2 kids in tow now, we have sort of forgotten about visiting nydc. Because nydc is not your dull cafe, but a neverending yield of delectable concoctions. Needing your desserts constantly, nydc is the perfect place for a nifty yearly dinner for Christmas. We have been away during Christmas for the past few years and honestly, I am not certain where or what we can do this Christmas in Singapore. By just looking at the creations, i already want to hold all my Christmas gatherings at NYDC! We have been following your tips all around Asia and tried a lot of restaurants and even massage places that you have recommended, we have found them all perfect! Why? Firstly because I have a sweet tooth! Desserts are just my thing and I certainly can’t miss out on the desserts at nydc. Secondly, what better would it be to have my mom as my partner so us mother and daughter can have a good treat at nydc. After all, it has been a while since we both had a meal together. The creations sounds interesting but they look even more interesting and appealing!! NYDC cakes and dessert has always been at the top of my dessert list! What more with these creations, I can’t imagine how scrumptious my meal will be! Never had the opportunity to try a Christmas meal since we don’t celebrate Christmas at home but I’m sure it’ll be a good first Christmas meal and party with nydc along with ladyironchef!

Just as I was thinking about where to dine in for Christmas since it’s just around the corner, I chanced upon ladyironchef’s Instagram and eventually found my way to this post! After reading up more about NYDC I must say that it definitely sounds tempting and a good place to go to! PLUS I HAVE A MAJOR SWEET TOOTH I REALLY LOVE DESSERTS ?
