Furthermore, Chef Tanihara Akimitsu, the founder of Akitmitsu and 5th-generation head chef of Dote No Iseya, had flown over to Singapore to personally provide training to the crew at its Plaza Singapura outlet. Now, that is some dedication.

Excited to have a taste of their famous recipe, we made our way down to their Plaza Singapura outlet on their grand opening day. We’d go out on a limb and say that this is one of the best places to have tendon in Singapore.
