The Song of India Dining Deal from DEAL.com.sg

Advertorial
The Song of India

The Song of India by award winning Chef Milind Sovand is one of the best Indian fine dining restaurants in Singapore. So imagine my surprise when I found out that DEAL.com.sg has a deal that offers 35% off a scrumptious weekend buffet brunch at The Song of India for only $29 NETT (usual price $44.75).

While I love going to nice restaurants, it is impossible to spend so much on food all the time. That’s why I think DEAL.com.sg is doing a great job providing consumers with dining deals at a huge discount.

Even though I haven’t tried many Indian buffets in Singapore, I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that you must try the buffet brunch at The Song of India.

Sugisawa Japanese restaurant: Best Bento Singapore

Sashimi

I’ve walked past Sugisawa Japanese restaurant many times but somehow, I’ve never noticed it. On the outside, the Japanese restaurant at Robertson Quay looks very plain, which explains why I don’t remember seeing it before.

Ju suggested going there after reading raved reviews about the food. We had lunch there last week and we left the place very satisfied. I’d definitely recommend Sugisawa Japanese restaurant for good Japanese bento sets at affordable prices.

Man Fu Yuan Intercontinental Hotel

Pu Erh Tea Pork Ribs

Man Fu Yuan at Intercontinental Hotel – one of Singapore’s top Cantonese restaurants – has undergone a refurbishment earlier this year and it has since returned with a stunning decor and a new emphasis on Chinese tea.

While I liked their dim sum, I didn’t frequent the old Man Fu Yuan because the decoration was kind of boring. Boy was I impressed when I went there for lunch recently. The restaurant now has a nice contemporary look with classy butterfly chandeliers, exquisite hand-painted wall coverings, and natural timber floors.

Bistro Du Vin Shaw Centre Restaurant

Bistro du vin

One of the French Restaurants that I’ve always wanted to try, but have not gotten the chance to visit until recently is Bistro Du Vin at Shaw Centre.

Bistro Du Vin by the Les Amis Group has been making a name for itself since opening in 2009. My friends have always raved about the classical French Food that they serve. I went there for lunch a while back and I have to say that the set lunch is absolutely a steal at $30++/pax.

Group Therapy Cafe Duxton Road

Group Therapy Cafe

One of the newest cafes to open in the trendy Duxton Hill area, Group Therapy Cafe is a space tucked away on the 2nd storey of a reconstructed shophouse.

Even though I’ve been to the Duxton Hill area many times, I’ve never noticed them until my friend told me about it. Just in case you are wondering where they are located, the cafe is directly above Etna Italian restaurant on Duxton road.

I fell in love as I stepped inside the cafe. It is one of those places that you would find it impossible not to like. Definitely one of my new favourite cafes in Singapore.
