How’s it if you can D.I.Y your own coffee and bread buns (like Shibuya toasts) with wooden blocks equipped with RFID tags? Blocs Inc. is one cafe to look out for, and they are making waves in the industry by introducing this unique concept, unlike any that we have seen here in Singapore.
It is no secret that Fresh Fruits Lab (FFL) is our go-to cafe in the East of Singapore, and since its opening, we have been loyally patronising the cafe for its ever-satisfying menu.
Of course, we love that the place is nicely done up too. If you haven’t been, what you are missing out on is a colourful space that is decorated to look like the coolest laboratory you will ever see.

If you have been to Taipei, you would probably be familiar Smoothie House, one of Taiwan’s most popular and bestselling shaved ice stores that sits along Yong Kang Street.
Now, now. Smoothie House is finally in Singapore and we cannot be more excited to celebrate their opening. They are currently at only two locations, Paya Lebar Square and One Raffles Place (both together with Greendot Fast Casual), but come 2016, Smoothie House will be branching out to more locations island-wide.

We cannot be happier to know, because this simply means pigging out does not stop anytime soon with the many supper options put in place for us. On Fridays and Saturdays, and the eve of Public Holidays, Fresh Fruits Lab will open till 2am, and you can expect a supper menu that is nothing short of creative.
We are telling you that the late night dining menu is gonna make sinning worth the while. And that includes, behold, Unicorn Donuts! YOU HAVE TO TRY THEM, JUST BECAUSE. Fresh Fruits Lab is only serving only 40 #UnicornDonuts on Fridays, Saturdays, and the eve of Public Holidays from 10pm to 2am. Best supper food ever!
