All you need is an egg white, matcha powder, and sugar to make matcha dalgona latte at home.

Step 1: Get your egg white, matcha powder, and sugar ready. Whip your egg white in a bowl until you have a frothy, thick texture. For us, we’ve used a whisk to get the egg white to the right consistency. It might take a while, so patience is key.
