LIGHT TO NIGHT FESTIVAL
If you can’t get enough of pretty lights, fret not as there will also be the Light to Night Festival, which is an annual urban event that celebrates the Civic District of Singapore.
It comprises of 2 weeks: Art Week (18 Jan – 27 Jan) and Singapore’s Bicentennial (28 Jan – 24 Feb) and these aim to make art accessible to the public.
