Cereal Citizen is the first cereal cafe in Singapore that is managed by local online personalities BongQiuQiu and Rachell Tan. You can expect their signature items such as the Crododo + Milkshake and a very photogenic rainbow cotton candy (S$8) that will surely stand out on your social media feeds.
