“How do you stay slim when you are always eating so much?” I get this question all the time, and to be completely honest, there’s no secret to staying slim – I exercise regularly.
But as I’ve been travelling frequently this year, I find it difficult to maintain an exercise routine. Dean & Deluca New York Store Visit
Back in March, the good people at Kitchen Language and Fulford PR invited me to join them on a press trip to visit Dean & Deluca in New York. During that few days, I had an amazing time learning about the brand, and it was a privilege to get a behind-the-scene sneak peek.
