Aside from mala and salted egg, another thing that Singaporeans are unanimously addicted to is bubble tea. We don’t know why but these little starchy balls of happiness never fail to make any drink taste better and every time there is a new bubble tea store in town, we find ourselves gravitating towards it even if the queues are 2-hours long.
This time around, it isn’t a new bubble tea store that’s opening, it’s a bubble tea factory. That’s right, you read that right! For just two months starting from 19 October 2019 onwards, The Bubble Tea Factory will be welcoming bubble tea fanatics to enjoy an enthralling and immersive bubble tea journey that features larger-than-life cups of bubble tea and an infinite galaxy of pearls.
Designed to stimulate the mind and provide a feast for the senses, visitors can look forward to more than ten multi-sensory and visually-stunning installations that will extend across its 7000sq ft premise at *SCAPE. The immersive experience expects you to make use of your five senses to enjoy and appreciate the exhibit.
Bubble tea lovers can look forward to things like the Pearl Pit, where you can dive into a massive “pot” brimming with taro pearls.
You can also swing on a giant pearl wrecking ball or pose with an IV drip of bubble tea!
Upon entry, each visitor will also be given a Boba Booster Pack which contains a set of limited-edition collectable cards that feature fun and interactive challenges. After you’re done with the exhibit, you can also enjoy a refreshing cup of bubble tea on the house to end the journey on a sweet note.
Tickets for the event will be available from 19 September 2019 from 10 am onwards.
