Mott 32 is set to open in Singapore during the latter half of 2019.
Making its grand opening at Marina Bay Sands, Mott 32 is an upscale Chinese restaurant from Hong Kong that pays homage to New York’s first Chinese convenience store with its name. The convenience store opened in 1851 on 32 Mott Street during a fundamental time where the Chinese first migrated to New York.
Here’s what you can expect from Mott 32 Singapore.
Expect to wine and dine in absolute style at Mott 32; the restaurant is not only one of Hong Kong’s most awarded restaurants for its cuisine, but it is also highly decorated for its award-winning interior design by Joyce Wang.
Combining Chinese furnishing elements with New York’s classic industrial design along with a Singaporean identity, this garden city inspired restaurant will be the new hot spot in Singapore for modern Cantonese fare.
The kitchen at Marina Bay Sands will be led by the chef from Mott 32’s Hong Kong restaurant while Maximal Concepts’ Executive chef, Lee Man-Sing who previously held two Michelin-stars, will also be in Singapore to supervise the kitchen during its opening.
