It’s really interesting that whenever I blog about a certain cuisine/food, I get a lot more traffic. After blogging for so many years, I guess it becomes a part of me, and I usually have a pretty good hunch of things that people like the most. It’s really not that difficult to spot future food trends.

Need not be completely vegetarian restaurants, but it would be great to know where one can get good vegetarian food. With the world getting more and more health conscious, I think its a good idea

Hi lady iron chef, just came back from Singapore and ate at the St Regis Yan Ting restaurant, the dimsum was a disappointment. 2 years ago we ate there upon seeing your recommendations and the food was super super great. On this trip we brought new friends with us from Manila and were expecting the same great food….unfortunately the chef has left and the dimsum menu has become ordinary and the food comparable to food in Manila. Sad to say
