At a price of S$8.90, Kazoku Japanese Cusine’s Salmon Don met all expectations. A whopping 10 pieces of fresh, thinly-sliced salmon sashimi sits atop of a bed of rice and is topped off with a spoonful of wasabi and fish roe.
However, our Salmon Don would have been tastier if the rice was slightly less soggy and had a tinge more flavour. The Salmon Don was served together with a bowl of miso soup.
