Loola’s by Awfully Chocolate Esplanade Singapore

Loola's Souffle

Awfully Chocolate is a familiar name for chocolate lovers. Who can resist their famous dark chocolate cake, and the signature ‘hei‘ ice cream?

When I heard from my friends that the folks at Awfully Chocolate have started a new restaurant, Loola’s by Awfully Chocolate, I was excited for two reasons. First, it is located at the beautiful Esplanade with a great view of the Marina bayfront line.

What caught my attention, though, is the array of desserts at Loola’s – with most of them not available at the regular Awfully Chocolate stores.

Bourke Street Bakery Sydney

Bourke Street Bakery Sydney

I want to share a list of eating places in Sydney that left a deep impression on me, but before that, I would like to present a prelude – Bourke Street Bakery.

It is a neighbourhood joint where locals meet their friends for coffee; or drop by to grab some pastries for breakfast next day. My experience at Bourke Street Bakery was mind-blowing. When you are visiting Sydney, a visit to Bourke Street Bakery should be on the top of your list of things to do. I would hop on a plane just to eat here.

Things to do in SF

Renowned for its cool summers, fog, steep rolling hills, eclectic mix of architecture and historic cable cars, San Francisco is inarguably one of the most beautiful cities in the United States. With only 49 square miles, it is one of the most compact and walk-able cities in the world (yes, the hills can be a good walk too).

Although one could walk around the entire city, roaming from neighborhood to neighborhood, in just one day, fret not as you can always find every aspect to suit your travel persona here such that you’ll never want to leave this gorgeous place.
