Tsuta Ramen Ice Cream

Tsuta, the world’s first Michelin-starred ramen eatery, has launched five new Japanese ice cream flavours which are created by local artisanal ice cream parlour Apiary.

The five exclusive new ice cream flavours are inspired by traditional Japanese flavours and ingredients. They will be available for dine-in and takeaway at all three of Tsuta’s
outlets across Singapore.

The five flavours are Tsuta Shoyu, Mugi Cha, Matcha & Cookies, Black Sesame, Cherry & Almond and Okinawa Sea Salt & Brown Sugar. Each scoop is priced at S$4.90.

The Tsuta Shoyu is specially created using Tsuta’s signature special Shoyu blend—the very same blend that’s used in Tsuta’s signature Shoyu ramen’s broth.
