Coastes is probably everything that you would imagine a beach bar & restaurant to be. It sits along the shores of Siloso Beach, and is furnished with beach benches and lounge chairs that allow you to take in the beach view while eating.
The restaurant serves up classic Western fare such as burgers, pizzas and pastas, together with a selection of different drinks – both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The Spaghetti Vongole (S$22++) and Duck and Arugula Pizza (S$22++) were some standout dishes we had.

You’ve probably heard about Wave House Sentosa before – it is where you can try your hands (or legs) at surfing in the wave pool. But do you know about Wave House Sentosa Restaurant & Bar, where you can dine at and enjoy some California-Asian fare?

The interior is minimally decorated, with a single tree growing within the restaurant itself. Soft, peaceful music will keep you company as you indulge in The Garden’s beautifully-plated dishes.
The Garden focuses on healthy, conscious dining. Our favourite main is the Wasabi Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass (S$38++). Even the desserts here are sin-free, such as the Dark Chocolate and Avocado Mousse (S$12++) that is a very healthy treat for your sweet tooth.

Located on the Sentosa Boardwalk — the walkway that connects VivoCity to Sentosa — Brewerkz offers an extensive range of beers, from Pilsner to Wheat Beer. Beer prices start from S$6++ for a stem.
Brewerkz Signature Wings (S$18++) are what Brewerkz is famous for across all its outlets in Singapore. The Baby Back Ribs (S$34++) is also another of the microbrewery’s classics.

Blue Lotus – Chinese Eating House is a modern Chinese restaurant located in the yacht-flanked Quayside Isle, and does local food with an unexpected twist.
The restaurant is keeping things fresh with a Weekend Lunch Menu that starts at just S$18++ for a main dish.
The Assam Curry Barramundi Fish Fillet harmoniously blends spicy with sour, and the barramundi is cooked to soft, tender perfection. And the Signature Chicken Rice Paella is the restaurant’s star dish; who would have thought that the classic Hainanese Chicken Rice could be reinvented with such allure?

Tanjong Beach Club is situated on the shorelines of Tanjong Beach. This is another beach club with sheltered beachside lounge chairs, sofas and daybeds on the sandy beaches; it almost feels like an exotic beach getaway to Bali.

eM By The Marina is an alfresco cafe & bar sitting within Sentosa Cove Village. It overlooks the yacht-populated bay, and dining (or drinking) here is an all-day affair. The place usually opens until late at night, so it works as a post-sunset option when you need a couple of drinks with friends.
It offers a range of Western numbers – from the Classic Beef Burger With Fries (S$20++) to the eM’s Eggs Hussarde (S$21++).

Seafood-lovers are in for the treat. Sabio By The Sea, Tapas & Grill at Quayside Isle specialises in fresh seafood and authentic Spanish dishes such as the signature paella. The décor takes after Spanish influences, with vibrant pop art on the walls.
You shouldn’t miss out on the Paella de Pescado, which is cooked with squid, sea bass and mussels. These paellas come in sharing portions and starts from S$29++ that is good for two.
We always spoil ourselves with a glass of Sangria (S$12++), that comes in both red and white wine options.

#10 THE KNOLLS
The Knolls is a high-end restaurant that sits within five-star Capella Hotel and Resort, and it is elegant, to say the least. The restaurant almost looks like a winding hallway, with plush seats and velveteen walls.
The Sesame Pan Fried Duck Liver (S$28++) was of melt-in-the-mouth consistency and it was probably the biggest slab of foie gras we have ever seen. There is the Roasted New Zealand Lamb Rack (S$78++) that is accompanied with Mediterranean couscous, and the massive portion is good for two to share.
