Hyde & Co. has long been one of our favourite minimalist cafe hang-outs in Singapore. Our love for this cafe stems from the fact that it reminds us strongly of quaint English cafes in London, similarly exuding a comforting and cosy atmosphere.

Imagine our excitement when we found out that Hyde & Co. will serve a new dinner menu from Wednesdays to Saturdays, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm! We could not be happier as we had a great time with the mains we had here previously. This festive season, Hyde & Co. will also be offering several value-for-money Christmas set dinner menus (which starts at S$68 nett for two).

This process intensifies the flavour of the coffee beans used. Because of this, many baristas choose to use a light roast coffee as opposed to a dark or full roast, as the latter can be very bitter once the whole cold brewing process is done.

Having been in the scene for almost 6 years now, Everything with Fries is a familiar name to most. A bistro concept by the folks behind renowned local chocolate brand Awfully Chocolate, you can be absolutely sure that the folks put in the same amount of dedication and precision in their food here.

Do not be confused with their (even more) casual concept at Orchard Central (OC). EwF is presented in more of a grab-and-go fast food style, whereas Everything with Fries at Holland Village is more of a sit-down, table-service style and a tad more refined.

Home to the world’s biggest collection of modern Southeast Asian Art, the 64,000-square-metre museum has two permanent galleries featuring the development of both Singapore and Southeast Asian art. From now till 06 December 2015, interested participants get to enjoy free admission into National Gallery Singapore.
