Using only the freshest Maine lobsters, you will be treated to a mind-boggling spread of these luxurious crustaceans prepared in many ways. Some popular cooking styles and flavours from last year will be making an appearance again this year, such as the Singapore Chilli Lobster and Black Pepper Lobster.

In celebration of Singapore’s 50th birthday, PARKROYAL on Pickering is presenting Singapore’s first-ever Lobsterfest Buffet at its star restaurant, Lime. Yes, you read that right. It is eat-all-you-can lobsters, and at a very sexy environment at that!

From 1st to 17th June 2015 and every Wednesday thereafter, the culinary team led by Executive Chef Vijay will be presenting a selection of Maine Lobster dishes influenced by Asian and Western flavours, reflecting the cosmopolitan Singapore of today. Expect your favourite crustacean cooked in 8 different ways, on top of its regular international buffet spread at PARKROYAL on Pickering.
