Song Gye Ok, South Korea’s first and most famous restaurant specialising in grilled chicken barbecue restaurant is opening its first outlet in Singapore on 5 June.
We first dined at Song Gye Ok in 2023 and we were blown away by our dining experience there. Most KBBQ restaurants usually serve beef or pork and this was the first time we had chicken at Song Kye Ok—a popular Korean chicken barbecue restaurant with several outlets in Seoul.
Popular Korean BBQ restaurant, Wang Dae Bak has opened a new outlet in Holland Village. Located at level 2 of Holland Piazza, Wang Dae Bak Grill is the restaurant’s first outlet out of the central business district. They have three other outlets at Amoy Street and Cross Street.

What we love most about Don Dae Bak Korean BBQ is that the Korean restaurant uses charcoal grill instead of the usual gasoline grill. That sure makes a lot of difference to our meats!
