Pacto by Parchmen is a new cafe at Jalan Besar Community Centre and it is opened by the team behind pet-friendly Sun Ray Cafe and Parched.
The Lavender neighbourhood is home to many wonderful cafes and following on the arrival of Habitat Coffee, Pacto by Parchmen is the latest addition to the area.

Popular Muslim-owned burger chain, Burgs is opening a new fast-casual burger concept at 313@somerset. Opened by two young local chefs, Burgs started with humble beginnings and they have made a name for itself by offering quality burgers and sides at wallet-friendly prices.
To celebrate the opening of the new concept, Burgs is introducing an exclusive Chili Cheese Burger that’s off the menu and will be given out for free for the entire first week of the outlet’s opening to 100 lucky diners a day with the purchase of a set.

Known for their crispy waffles and ice cream & sorbets made fresh in-house, Holy Cow Creamery has been serving the residents in Yishun since late 2014.
They have opened a second outlet at 465 North Bridge Road near Lavender MRT Station. You can also find the famous Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle and old-school coffeeshop, Heap Seng Leong in the same area.

Bynd Artisan and Sunday Folks have a brand new lifestyle concept store at ION Orchard on level 4 next to The Marmalade Pantry and it is expected to open in the second half of August 2021.
