Popiah is one of my favourite Singapore Hawker food. But I honestly think that it is not given enough credit. Whenever people mentioned about hawker food in Singapore, they will think of Chicken rice, Laksa, Char Kway Teow, Rojak, and Hokkien Mee, but popiah?
