Famous New York eatery Momofuku Ko—one of celebrated restaurateur David Chang’s successful business ventures—has appointed its new chef de cuisine and he is none other than 31-year-old Singaporean Max Ng.

It is important to note that this prestigious appointment is far, far away from an overnight success; Ng worked his way up and accumulated culinary experiences over the past decade.
