Seow Choon Hua Restaurant is an old-school eatery which is famous for its Foo Chow dishes including Red Glutinous Rice Wine Chicken (Hong Zao Ji) and handmade Foo Chow fish balls.
When we asked for recommendations on where to find the best Red Glutinous Rice Wine Chicken in Singapore, most people pointed us to Seow Choon Hua Restaurant. Needless to say, we had to make a trip there to try it for ourselves.
