An excellent appetiser to begin your meal with, the Crispy Artichokes with Tangy Lemon Ricotta consists of small portions of artichokes coated in polenta and deep-fried to achieve a delightful crunch.

Black Pepper Seafood Spaghetti (S$29++)

From Mac & Cheese, to our favourite Seared Scallop & Prawn and their famous Spicy Crabmeat, The Marmalade Pantry has many awesome pasta options which are mainstays on their menu and you can enjoy them at the new Anchorpoint outlet. These evergreen dishes have been perfected over time and favoured by both regulars and new diners alike.

House-brined overnight before being slow-roasted to a perfect golden brown, the new Roasted Turkey with Honey, Lavender, and Peppercorn (S$128+, 3.6kg) is succulent, juicy, and it is definitely going to be the highlight from this year’s menu.

We are also excited to see that the all-time favourite, Maple & Clove Glazed Smoked Gammon Ham (S$98+, 1.5kg), is making a return this year – a hunky, boneless gammon ham with a fragrant maple glaze, the sweet and savoury ham is marinated overnight and roasted to perfection.

Cured overnight and marinated in bright lemon zest and thyme before being slow-baked till flaky yet moist, the new Lemon & Thyme Slow-Baked Salmon Fillet (S$78, 0.8kg) is the perfect alternative to the meats.

Debuting this year are the Chilli Con Carne with Cornbread (S$28+) and Impossible Beef Lasagne ($32+).

The former highlights hearty chilli con carne, a robust stew of minced beef, red capsicum, onions, carrots, kidney beans, encased by house-made cornbread. The latter is a toothsome plant-based lasagne with layers of Impossible Beef ‘Bolognese sauce’, al dente pasta sheets, mozzarella and grana padano cheese.

Christmas parties are not complete without log cakes and the two new flavours by The Marmalade Pantry are bound to please. The Classic Chocolate Truffle Log Cake (S$68+) features a rich 60% dark chocolate truffle core enveloped in a chocolate crème of melted chocolate ganache and whipped cream.

The Tangy Lemon Pistachio Log Cake (S$68+) offers a lighter, fruity rendition of a traditional yule log with a lemon white chocolate truffle core wrapped in a pistachio frosting of pistachio paste and Chantilly cream and rolled with a fluffy vanilla sponge.

Consisting of a choice of starter, main, and a log cake of the day, the options for starters include the refreshing Watermelon Salad and the Seared Scallop with cauliflower puree paired with a crisp shaved fennel and celery salad, while the choices for mains include the Impossible Beef Lasagne or the Squid Ink Spaghetti served with seared prawns, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and a rich prawn bisque.
