<p style="text-align: justify;">With most dishes on the menu priced below S$20, Tempura Tsukiji Tenka is a good option when you are looking for a <a href="http://www.ladyironchef.com/2015/01/singapore-orchard-road-restaurant-guide/">dining spot in Orchard Road</a>.</p>

<p>The TENKA Tendon is affordably priced at S$13.80++ and it comes with deep-fried tempura battered lotus, prawn, mushroom, salmon and kakiage over a generous portion of rice. It comes with miso soup on the side too.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Before tucking in, we admit that we had high expectations with regard to the freshness and taste of the ingredients as Japan Food Town sources over 50% of their ingredients from Okinawa Prefecture primarily on a daily basis. And we are glad to say that the Tenka Tendon did not disappoint.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The tempura batter of the TENKA Tendon was light and crispy with a slight tinge of salt. The sauce layered over the tendon was similarly not heavy in flavour, which accentuated the freshness of the ingredients used. Our only gripe is that there was not enough sauce drizzled over the tendon as this would make the dish tastier.</p>

However, do note that the Assorted Tempura does not come with any rice and you may order the Udon Set (S$3.80++) for a complete meal. </span></p>
