The fabulous folks at aROMA pride themselves with only using the best and freshest ingredients to make their gelato—from fruits, nuts and herbs to the type of milk they use. Experimental as they may be in crafting their ice cream, they try to keep things subtle so as to allow the natural flavours of each respective ingredient to shine.

Beyond gelato in cones or cups, aROMA also has a variety of gelato sundaes available as part of their La Torta series as well as the Sorbetto Frappè—essentially an ice-blended beverage comprising of sorbet as a primary component.

Alternatively, you can also pair your gelato with coffee in an Affogato. Featuring a scoop of premium gelatos such as the classic vanilla or coconut, with a shot of espresso made with freshly roasted arabica-blend coffee beans, what you end up with is a sweet chilly treat that comes with a delightful hit of caffeine.

Originally in 1822, Sir Stamford Raffles allocated the area to the Malay Sultan Hussain Mohammed Shah and the local Muslim community; thus the birth of this area. It is only in the recent few years that the area has modernised drastically.
