If you are a fan of Indian tandoori, look forward to the star dish of the festive buffet: Tandoori-style Roast Turkey, accompanied with a luscious spicy coconut gravy. Moist, aromatic and succulent beyond belief, this was definitely among our favourite dishes that night.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The coconut gravy possessed a piquant, creamy and subtly spicy quality that blanketed the roasted tandoori notes really well.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">To some, a whole gammon remains one of the high points of the festive season.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Both gammon and ham are cuts from the hind legs of a pig and these primal cuts have sufficient fat to keep the meat moist and tasty. Packed full of flavour being cooked bone-in, the meat was juicy and brimming with hints of honey and cloves. The ham was slightly sweet with a light smoky flavour and had the perfect level of juiciness.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Besides the customary buffet fare, make sure you save some tummy space for their Peranakan offerings such as Nonya Laksa and Babi Pongteh. The Nonya laksa was lip-smacking delicious without being overly rich, which made it super easy for us to slurp down the entire bowl.</p>

At mezza9, the Confit Duck Leg (S$28++) is prepared the traditional way with the exception of a puy lentil stew of which the crispy leg sits atop of.</p>

However, the Turkey Junior with Chestnut Stuffing that Chef Low will prove that notion wrong.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Believe us when we say that you will not find a more delicious baked ham elsewhere. Baked with the bone-in, this glorious hunk of meat is given a generous and regular basting of honey to develop its caramel-like flavour and a golden sheen. The ham itself was insanely succulent and tasty which made it almost impossible for us to resist going back for seconds.</p>

Served slightly pink, we were able to truly savour the rich robust qualities of the goose without it being overly dry. Yes, it is one hundred percent made using real edible gingerbread and it houses all things sweet from Christmas log cakes to fancy pastries—even Hansel and Gretel would be intrigued.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">It isn’t Christmas without some turkey. The Cajun Spiced Roasted Turkey is a well-marinated one with a slightly peppery finish. Cooked to the exact doneness, the skin boasted a crispy, golden hue and the meat was succulent and delicious. For an extra flavour lift, ladle over some gravy or cranberry sauce.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">No Christmas dinner would be complete without a luxurious roast lamb, and boy did their Roasted Lamb Leg impress. The ones we had were toasted to utmost perfection, with an exterior of flavourful crust while the interior was still nicely pink and succulent.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Arabic Marinated Whole Salmon features—like its name suggests—a whole fish that is basted over with herbs and spices. Baked and served whole, the flesh was flaky, tender and oh-so-aromatic.</p>
