
The night before Monday begins is when the blues start to reach their peak. You are trapped wide awake in the hours between midnight and dawn. You blame yourself for sleeping in on Sunday morning and napping so much even after that. Whatever you do, do not count sheep because focusing on the numbers keeps you awake.
