I love to eat (for obvious reasons), and it is a wonderful thing sharing my food experience with all my share-readers.

Have you ever went to a restaurant and had a bad experience?

Have you ever stood outside a restaurant and wondered whether you should go in and try the food?

Or on a happier note, have you ever went to a restaurant which you felt the food is fantastic, the service is excellent, the ambience is terrific, and most of all the price is reasonable? And you want to share this wonderful experience with others?

Yeah, the list goes on and on, but basically you get the idea. I like food, and i want to share everything with all of you, and it will even be great if we can be online friends to meet real-life offline (read SMB). Blogosphere has allow me to have the pleasure of knowing many more friends, the bloggers, Yebbers, and even my share-readers. So feel free to contact me if you want to join in our fun in meeting up and having a delightful (hopefully) meal.

I hope the following will solve some of your queries;

” Why ladyironchef? ” (I’m not too sure myself)

” Why not gentlemanironchef? ” (because i chose ladyironchef?)

” Are you pretending to be a female-blogger so that you can get more visitors? ” (Nope, I’m a male blogger, i always sign off as Brad for the record)

” You must be wondering LIC always eat, doesn’t he get FAT (Nope, my other profession solves the agony for me) “

” LIC always go to expensive restaurants I can’t afford that (Nope, LIC lives on a pathetic allowance) “

What LIC likes to do is to search for unique, small, hidden-find, afforable, excellent restaurants or cafes that allow us a meal without causing a big hole in our pocket. This is the main reason for the lack of “fine-dining” reviews at LIC. And no, LIC likes fine-dining too, but the constraint of the pocket makes it a rare-review.

The thing LIC likes actually is not the food, the significant is actually going out with friends to have a meal together. Its more of the process together, rather than on the actual food itself. Definitely having good food is a plus, but its the company that makes the event enjoyable.

Whatever written herein are my geniune feelings about my food adventure, expressed in words that may be subjected to my personal distortion or bias.

I do not lie, but God or whoever makes it such a way that my tastebud is suited only to my penchant. What i like, you might not like

You might like Durian, but i totally dislike it. I like cakes, chocolate, sweet stuff, but then again you might not have a sweet-tooth, like me!

All righty, all of us have a softspot for something, so in some posts i might rave about something but after you went you might find it to be ordinary.

Please do not feel emotional or distress should you have any violent objections. You can always click on the little x at the upper, extreme right of your screen. I’m only joking you know, i definitely hope you don’t close this screen & continue to support yours truly at ladyironchef : )

Food, my dear, is what they called an adventure!
