In this highly-anticipated 14th edition of SuperBrunch that takes place this Sunday – which is the most spectacular buffet of the year, Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli and his culinary team are ready to blow you away with an indulgent buffet spread set against a masquerade carnival theme.

The hotel lobby, Colony and Chihuly Lounge will be transformed into a massive masquerade carnival, bringing to life the mystique of a masquerade ball amidst the convivial atmosphere of a carnival.

At this Sunday’s SuperBrunch, you can expect a seven metre-long seafood bar, a specialty oyster bar with 15 different types of oysters, a giant seafood paella, caviar, 15 kilograms of foie gras, 40 kilograms of wagyu beef leg,130 types of international cheeses, and 500 bottles of Champagne.

Asian indulgences include traditional Peking Duck, and a noodle bar with Boston Lobster laksa. The meats you can look forward to include a carving station with roasted rib-eye tomahawk, Iberico char siew and suckling spring lamb. There will be a crab station with Cognac flambé crabAlaskan crabs.
